We had the first activity night for the D of E last night and it went well . Thanks to Roz and Yvonne they showed me the way to go as regards some of the activities . I have started collecting the files etc and The timber will be available for next Tuesday for the Activity and I have a meeting on Monday with Rugbi supplies to price up the T shirts Track suits etc so we are on our way!

We all had a fantastic party on Easter Sunday to celebrate World Autism Day – we hope everyone had a great time, check out Facebook for the photos – including Des getting a pie in the face from the clowns!

Fantastic news! We’ve just come from a meeting where we have agreed to set in motion the Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award for Special Needs Children affiliated to our membership.

A number of our members have already achieved Bronze Award, and this is an excellent opportunity for our members to improve on the skills already gained from the Bronze Award.
